Resmed is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead a critical Platform Engineering team responsible for building and operating a cloud-native compute platform on AWS and Kubernetes.
This role combines people leadership with deep technical ownership. You will manage a distributed team across India and Sydney, overseeing a foundational platform that supports thousands of services and multiple engineering teams globally.
As a leader, y ou are expected to bring strong technical credibility and proven people leadership, with the ability to operate across strategy and execution , ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and continuously evolving to meet business and developer needs.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence, including 24/7 production support and incident management .
Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes and platform adoption .
Good understanding of cloud-native architectures, networking, security, observability, and operational excellence
