Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join us for a 12 month contract and primarily lead paid social strategy and execution across the VetPartners network. With a strong focus on Meta advertising at scale, you’ll also be a key contributor to Google Ads campaigns execution and optimisation.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager of Growth and working closely with clinic, regional and support office teams, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital performance campaigns, with a greater focus on paid social, across 270+ clinics, translating national marketing priorities into localised, high-performing digital activity.
You will play a key role in scaling Meta advertising capability across the network, building the systems, creative pipelines and reporting frameworks needed to run efficient, always-on campaigns at a multi-site level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning Meta advertising strategy and execution across the network, including campaign structure, audience architecture and budget allocation
- Managing paid social campaigns at scale across 270+ clinics, balancing national consistency with local relevance
- Supporting with Google Ads campaigns execution and optimisation

Building and maintaining scalable creative and campaign production processes (e.g. templated creative, dynamic/localised ad variants, automated publishing workflows)
- Partnering with clinics and regional teams to align campaign activity with local demand, promotions and service priorities
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on paid social performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion metrics
- Running structured test-and-learn frameworks across creative, audience and offer variables to continuously improve performance
- Managing Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite setup, tracking (Conversions API, pixel), and platform compliance across a large account structure
- Collaborating with broader marketing, digital and data teams to integrate paid social into the wider customer acquisition and lifecycle strategy
- Managing external agency/contractor relationships and specialist platforms (e.g. Canva Enterprise, Brideye -type tools) where relevant
About You
You are a technically strong, data-driven digital marketer who thrives managing paid social at scale in a multi-site or complex organisational environment. You combine platform expertise with process thinking and you're as comfortable building scalable systems as you are optimising a single campaign.
You will demonstrate:
- Significant hands-on experience running Meta advertising at scale, ideally across multi-location or franchise-style businesses
- Strong platform expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Conversions API and Meta's broader advertising ecosystem
- Experience planning, executing and optimising Google Ads campaigns

Experience building scalable creative and campaign workflows (e.g. templated/localised creative, automation, dynamic ads)
- Strong analytical capability with experience in performance measurement, attribution and reporting (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Experience managing large, complex account structures (multiple business units, locations or brands within one ad account setup)
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, regional/clinic stakeholders
- Strong execution focus with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities across a large network
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
