As a Senior Manager within the Business Management team, you will help deliver operational stability and strategic progress for our Wrap Platform working closely with the leadership team to support performance, budgets, risk, and key priorities. You will translate data into decisions through analysis of business performance, enable governance and reporting, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes. You will drive efficiency through process improvements and automation, deliver strategic deep-dives, and equip the product team with actionable, data-driven insights and performance outputs. You will also support clear communication, foster a collaborative team culture, and gain broad exposure while building strong commercial and analytical expertise.
Strong relationships across the Wrap Platform leadership team, ecosystem leaders, and central functions will be critical. You will also strengthen governance and operating rhythm through structured reporting, coordination of leadership forums, and disciplined follow-through, while driving alignment and continuous improvement across processes. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will contribute to key projects and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
