The Opportunity
Working closely with our Sales team, you will help manage customer enquiries, coordinate sales activities, track leads and opportunities, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will quickly develop commercial awareness, customer insight, and valuable business skills.
No experience is required. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in sales, marketing, business, or customer experience. Full training and support will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing

Managing inbound customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Coordinating leads and opportunities through our CRM systems

Supporting Sales Consultants with administrative and coordination activities

Monitoring lead performance and ensuring effective follow-up

Assisting with customer communications and appointment scheduling

Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting

Liaising with internal departments to support the customer journey

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes

Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as required
About You
