Still & Social is preparing for its next chapter: a premium wellness sanctuary designed around exceptional treatments, thoughtful rituals and genuine hospitality.
We are looking for an experienced Wellness Manager / Lead Therapist to join us during the pre-opening stage and help shape the sanctuary from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong spa or wellness experience who wants to be involved in creating something new, rather than simply stepping into an established operation.
About the Role
Working closely with the founder, you will help develop and lead:
- Treatment menu and signature rituals
- Treatment protocols and service standards
- Treatment room and equipment requirements
- Product and skincare selection
- Therapist recruitment and training
- Guest consultation standards
- Rostering and daily operations
- Hygiene and treatment standards
- Retail and treatment recommendations
- Pre-opening preparation
- Ongoing team leadership and development
- Treatment room utilisation and performance
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has significant experience in premium spa, beauty or wellness
- Has previous leadership, supervisory or management experience
- Has strong knowledge of professional treatments and spa operations
- Is confident training and developing therapists
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Understands premium guest service and hospitality
- Is warm, calm, professional and highly organised
- Is excited by the opportunity to help build a new wellness concept
Experience within a luxury hotel spa or premium wellness environment would be highly regarded.
Relevant beauty, massage or wellness qualifications are highly desirable.
