Our Lady of Mt Carmel OSHC, Coorparoo, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Coordinator to lead a well-established service that has become a valued part of daily life for children, families and the school community.
Supporting 105 children across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care, our service is built on strong relationships, quality programs and a team that genuinely cares about creating positive experiences for every child.

As Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

Requirements of the Role:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
