Salary: $77,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
Gamestars Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the efficient operation of our growing retail, vending machine, and eCommerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, supporting operational activities, supervising office procedures, and assisting management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise administrative support functions and assist in coordinating staff workflows and priorities.
- Maintain office records, business documentation, and internal administrative systems.
- Assist with recruitment administration, employee onboarding, personnel records, and staff scheduling activities.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and external business partners.
- Monitor inventory records, purchasing requirements, supplier orders, and stock administration processes.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, operational documents, and business records for management review.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational and administrative issues.
- Review office procedures and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support business planning activities, operational projects, and organisational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace practices, and administrative standards.
- Assist with procurement coordination and business support activities across various departments.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
