ABOUT THE ROLE
Gamestars Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate and oversee the administrative and operational functions of our growing vending machine and eCommerce business. The position is responsible for supporting daily business activities, coordinating staff and resources, maintaining office systems, and assisting management in achieving operational objectives across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative and office activities to support business operations.
- Manage office systems, records, documentation, and internal procedures.
- Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding administration, and employee records management.
- Support recruitment activities including arranging interviews and coordinating new employee inductions.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, contractors, and other business stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory records and assist with purchasing and procurement activities.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation for management.
- Assist in resolving operational and administrative issues as they arise.
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support management with planning, process improvements, and business projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration, office management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Pay: $1,538.00 per week
