Nexar Group, known for its high-quality labour hire security services across Victoria, will now enhance Nexar Group’s capabilities and service offerings throughout Australia including Queensland. We're looking for licensed security guards to join our growing team.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ability to support with 12-30+ hours per week across 4-to-7-day roster.
- Liaising with police and emergency response services when necessary
- MUST wear PPE AT ALL TIMES
- Be able to verbally de-escalate any customer aggression and keep staff safe.
- Must be comfortable stepping in verbally to assist staff if any aggression.
- Adaptable to any situations that arise.
- Follow direction of Security Team Leaders at all times.
You will have:
- Superior customer and client service skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Reporting ability to supervisor
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a collaborative way.
- Demonstrated ability to apply ethical standards to decisions made on a day to day basis.
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to attain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to travel to different locations for work.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- The successful candidate must have unrestricted availability to work
Minimum requirements a successful candidate will possess are:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Ability to workday shift and Night shift when required
- Willing to travel to cover multiple locations
- Ability to be responsive for ADHOC coverage
- Ability to travel without restrictions and own means of transportation
- Undergo a Drug & Alcahol Test

Pay: $26.22 – $67.00 per hour
