Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and café-style dishes.
Maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage stock rotation, inventory control, and minimize food waste.
Assist in menu planning and food preparation techniques.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Available if required to work at our other cafe in Pitt town (Hawkesbury)
Skills and Qualifications
✅ Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or Diploma of Hospitality.
✅ Minimum two years of relevant work experience as a Cook in a café or restaurant.
✅ Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food quality.

Pay: $76,515.00 – $79,499.00 per year
