Branch Manager – HastingsJoin Melbourne's Largest Garden & Building Supplies Business
C Fulton, with three sites across the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking a motivated and organised Branch Manager to lead our Hastings operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys customer service, working with a close-knit team, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hastings branch, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and delivers outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily branch operations
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Coordinating deliveries and yard activities
- Leading and supporting a small team
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
You will work alongside drivers and yard staff in a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A friendly and approachable manner
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- The confidence to work independently and lead a small team
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Licences & Experience
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Forklift Licence
- Loader Licence
- Truck Licence
While not essential, these licences would be highly regarded. Training can be provided for the right candidate who is willing to learn and develop.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
