About the Role
As the HV Service Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of High Voltage service activities across Australia.
You will act as the central coordination point between customers, field service teams, sales, supply chain, and project stakeholders to ensure resources, tooling, materials, and personnel are available and mobilized effectively.
How you'll make an impact
- Plan and coordinate High Voltage field service activities including installation & commissioning, inspection, maintenance, repair, retrofit, and digitalization projects.
- Develop and maintain service schedules using Salesforce Field Service Management application.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, tooling, materials, and logistics requirements.
- Ensure all site access, inductions, training certifications, permits, and competency requirements are in place before mobilization.
- Monitor service order execution from the project handover through to completion and invoicing.
- Manage order backlogs and support achievement of on-time delivery, revenue, and utilization targets along with customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement through reporting, customer feedback, and operational performance monitoring.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving logistical challenges, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You will have:
- Diploma, TAFE qualification, or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in service planning, scheduling, resource coordination, or field service operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is highly regarded.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or within the high voltage electrical industry will be advantageous.
