About the role: Paramount Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team on a part time basis.
The role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with the guest experience always at the forefront. You will be taking care of the guest’s arrival and departure, responding to requests and enquiries as well as performing administrative tasks and providing insightful advice on the local area.
The roster for this position is fixed: two days a week from 9:45pm to 7:45am (tot. 20 hours).
About you: Our ideal candidate has an appreciation for hospitality, possesses great written and verbal communication skills, is highly organised, proactive and detail oriented.
The ability to carry out all aspects of the night operation in a proficient manner, while providing excellent service across all aspects of our Front Desk operation is essential.
The following criteria are also required:
- Have a valid RSA certificate or be willing to obtain it
- Have full working rights within Australia
- Minimum one year experience in a customer facing service role
