Due to a long, strong, and ongoing pipeline of work we are ungently seeking enthusiastic and motivated applicants for the positions of qualified Fitter – General within our Queensland Trades Team who will work for our valued clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work as part of a team to create, maintain and operate a reliable and accurate production line and testing facility for the manufacture of a variety of automotive products.

Qualification and/or 2+ years’ experience as a Fitter or Mechanic with relevant Fitter experience.

Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Ability to manage own time and others to meet agreed timeframe and projects.

Experience operating High Speed manufacturing equipment.

Mechanical Aptitude – understanding of fundamental principles.

An understanding of manufacturing systems and processes

Able to work on tasks autonomously.

Exhibits self-motivation and takes responsibility for actions.

Demonstrates a strong solutions-focused approach to work and problem-solving skills.
