We’re seeking an eCommerce Coordinator (Shopify) to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover paternity leave, working three set days on-site each week. The role will commence in late July 2026 and continue through at least October 2026, with potential to extend until December 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Website Management
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily platform tasks to ensure optimal site performance and an elevated customer experience.
- Create and maintain collections, navigation menus, product filters, and on-site search optimisation.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on website functionality, loading speeds, and overall user experience metrics.
- Troubleshooting & Bug Reporting: Identify website issues, isolate faults, and report bugs directly to our developer for debugging and technical resolution.
- Apps & Integrations: Support the implementation, management, and optimisation of Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and automated e-commerce workflows.
- Market Consistency: Ensure complete accuracy and brand consistency across all online markets and digital sales channels.
Product Upload & Content Management
- Product Launches: Prepare, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings in alignment with seasonal launch timelines.
- Copywriting: Produce compelling product descriptions that convert.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all product data – including pricing, imagery, tags, categorisation, and dimensions – is enriched and 100% accurate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the creative and marketing teams to align product content, imagery assets, and active campaign requirements.
- Inventory Visibility: Monitor stock availability, product lead times and guarantee seamless inventory visibility across the live website.

We're looking for candidates with:
- Shopify Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (Shopify Plus experience is a bonus).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for spotting data inconsistencies or layout bugs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce applications, navigation setup, filtering logic, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly document and communicate technical issues when reporting bugs to our development team.
- Organized & Agile: Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight launch deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in furniture, homewares, or premium retail is highly regarded but not essential.
