Are you an established Registered or Clinical Psychologist looking for the perfect balance of independence and professional lifestyle? Due to a consistently expanding waitlist, our bespoke private practice on the Central Coast is welcoming one to two subcontracted clinicians (1–3 days per week).

This role has been designed for a practitioner who delivers excellent care and thrives in an independent, quiet, and professional environment. You will have the keys to a beautiful, modern suite one to three days a week, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients while the business infrastructure is handled for you.
About You: You are a "clinician’s clinician." You have high standards for yourself and your work. You’re deeply passionate about providing holistic, evidence-based care, you are likely at a stage in life where you value a sophisticated work environment and the flexibility to set your own rhythm.
Ideally, you are someone who:
- Values Independence: You are comfortable working in a hybrid role within a small a team. You enjoy and take pride in managing your space and your caseload autonomously.
- Values Relationships & Community: You understand that "best practice" extends beyond the 50-minute hour. You value holistic care and take the lead in communicating with GPs, dieticians, allied health colleagues and care coordinators to ensure wrap-around care for your clients. You value peer consultation and connection in your professional practice.
- Values Clinical Expertise: You have experience with complex presentations, and you utilise evidence-based, holistic modalities that treat the whole person, not just the presenting symptoms. You know your areas of interest, how you like to practice and how to ensure you can look after yourself while also supporting clients.

Role Requirements:
- Full AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident for tax purposes.
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and ABN.
- A portfolio of evidence-based interventions with a holistic lens.
- Exemplary professional presentation and communication skills.
