Join our Noble Park call centre team as a Customer Service Consultant, overseeing fast-paced operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility, with predominantly afternoon/evening shifts, and weekend work on a 4-week rotation. No fixed shifts, flexibility to meet business needs is essential.
The Customer Service Consultant in our call centre within our Noble Park location will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the customer service operations.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained.
- Ensuring timely deliveries.
- Optimising the transportation processes.
- Manage dispatch processes efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
- Play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and records management.
- Coordinate and optimise logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive consultant who can thrive in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
