Grader Operator – Clermont
Join our Infrastructure Services team and help shape the community.
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Grader Operator to support the construction, maintenance, and improvement of Council infrastructure and urban works. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain grading plant and associated equipment, ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Competencies:
Qualifications: Mandatory – this role requires the possession of:
- Minimum requirement of MR Licence is essential (HR, HC or MC Licence Highly regarded)
- Relevant certification for Grader Operations
- Construction White Card (Construction Industry)
If you are successful in this position, you will receive:
- Salary $73,257.00 - $75,719.00 per annum (Stream B, Level 5 - 6)
- Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
