Synergy Optimal Solutions Allied Health is a growing multidisciplinary Allied Health provider based in Adelaide (South Australia) and Box Hill (Victoria). We provide quality and innovative allied health services through both clinic-based and mobile services.
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team and provide individualised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to clients in our clinic and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including muscle strength, joint mobility, balance, coordination and functional ability assessments, to identify clients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs based on clients' assessed needs, functional goals and clinical presentation.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility and strengthening programs, to reduce pain, restore movement and improve clients' strength, balance, coordination and physical function.
- Regularly review and monitor clients' progress, evaluate their response to treatment and modify treatment programs where required.
- Provide physiotherapy services through both clinic-based and mobile services in community according to clients' individual needs.
- Educate clients and, where appropriate, their families or carers on home exercise programs, mobility strategies, injury prevention and ongoing management of physical conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals and relevant healthcare providers to support coordinated and effective client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including assessments, treatment provided, client responses, progress notes and updated treatment plans.
- Contribute to preventative health, mobility and physical wellbeing programs appropriate to the needs of the clinic's client groups.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy;
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience;
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as the position involves mobile and community-based services;
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently during community visits and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team; and
- Bilingual skills are highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $45.89 – $52.19 per hour
