About the Role
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning? Treetop Early Learning Pascoe Vale is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team!
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor our team to deliver rich, child-led curriculum.
- Collaborate with educators to create engaging, intentional play spaces both indoors and outdoors.
- Guide reflective practice and drive continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of accountability, inclusion and professional development.
- Be a key part of our leadership team, contributing to long-term growth and succession planning.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Lead and enhance the educational program across the centre.
- Ensure compliance with the National Law and Regulations.
- Contribute to Orientation and family engagement practices.
- Ensure every child’s learning journey is intentional, well-documented and celebrated.

About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being and development.
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in early childhood education or an equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in curriculum programming and educational leadership.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to childcare.
- Hold a valid Working with Working Check & Mandatory Reporting.
- Hold First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Pay: $79,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
