Salt n’ Battered is looking for a responsible school student to join our awesome team.
You could work at any of our five stores, Mudjimba, Alexandra Headland,Nambour or Palmwoods depending on your preference and availability.
The successful applicant will need to follow our systems and procedures. They should also have a fantastic attitude and friendly personality.
The successful candidate must:
- Be available for work outside of school hours on weekdays, weekend day or night work and;
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be available during the school holidays critically between 24 December - 12 January (excluding Christmas Day)
- Communicate and work well with others
- Be prepared to work approximately 8hrs + per week
This position is tailored to a high school student seeking their first job. This is an ideal first job for a young adult wanting to earn money while studying. No experience is required whatsoever.
This position provides consistent and regular hours per week.
You will be comprehensively trained by team members who are qualified and experienced in the industry. Also, you are provided with one-on-one consultation by a registered training operator.
Duties will include front counter, register, cleaning, food preparation, gelato serving, and basic cooking.
