Bump Day Spa is a luxury day spa specialising in pregnancy and post natal treatments including massage & facials. We also offer treatments (available to non pregnant clients) including remedial massage, aromatherapy, hot stone, deep tissue massages etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for providing a consistent and exceptional level of service through the delivery of pregnancy & post natal massage as well as spa packages and general spa treatments. You will offer a nurturing experience from the moment a client steps through the door until the moment they leave. In this role you will be expected to build and maintain a client base, complete administrative duties, as required, general cleaning and maintenance of treatment rooms and the spa and be a positive member of a high performing team.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Massage/Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy with a current provider number or eligibility for registration, and the ability to perform a range of treatments including massage, body treatments, and facials. Pregnancy massage is not essential as we can provide accredited training for the right candidate. Facial training also provided. Newly qualified candidates with the right attitude and eagerness are welcome to apply.
- A commitment to women’s health and wellness, especially pregnancy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
-A willingness to support with admin tasks including working on Reception as part of your role.
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star service.
- Must be a confident and fluent English speaker.
