Our venue is currently undergoing an exciting renovation, creating a fresh new space for both customers and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and be part of the next chapter of Bostin Brew Co's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Build strong relationships with customers and handle enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Lead by example and foster a customer-first culture within the team.
Operations & Service
- Assist with the preparation of hot and cold food items.
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day venue operations.
- Rostering
- Banking / cash management
- Working within budget
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support a small team.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Quality Control
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all aspects of the venue.
Health & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
