About The Role
The Product Sales Manager - Agency Sponsored Search is responsible for driving the growth of Cartology Promoted Products (CPP) business through media agency partners, positioning Cartology as the retail media partner of choice.
Acting as the agency-facing subject matter expert for CPP, this role combines strategic relationship management, commercial leadership, and technical product expertise to increase agency advocacy, and grow sponsored search adoption.
Working closely with both Agency and Client Partnerships teams, On-Platform Digital Specialists, Channel Marketing, and Product teams, the role develops agency capability, strengthens strategic partnerships, and ensures Cartology's CPP proposition is embedded within agency planning and investment strategies.
What you’ll do
Drive Sponsored Search (CPP) revenue by securing agency adoption and investment across Cartology's retail media platform.
Develop and execute growth strategies that establish Cartology as the preferred partner for sponsored search and self-service retail media solutions.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with media agencies, engaging key stakeholders from investment teams to executive leadership to drive long-term partnerships.
Serve as the agency-facing expert for Sponsored Search and Ads Manager, providing technical guidance and strategic best practices to partners.
Partner with internal teams—including Agency Partnerships, Channel Marketing, and Product—to align growth initiatives, develop sales collateral, and inform platform enhancements.
Represent Cartology at industry events and through thought leadership to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and market presence within the agency sector.
What you’ll bring
Solid experience in digital/retail media, advertising sales, or media agencies, with deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Exceptional relationship management and networking skills, with a track record of building senior stakeholder partnerships and influencing investment decisions at media agencies.1
Strong commercial acumen and sales capability, with a proven ability to develop strategic account plans and deliver significant revenue growth.
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills, capable of communicating complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and deliver impactful training, workshops, and commercial presentations to client and agency partners.
Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous.
