About the Role
This position involves applying knowledge of the broad direction of Open Hole Wirelines technologies to provide all wireline services and tool operations to the customer at the well site, and to be responsible for the most complex drilling scenarios, highly visible client and project with high complexity. Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base in the designated area.
This position will be basedat Jandakot, Western Australia and be required to work at numerous well sites across Australasia.
Key Responsibilities
· Functions as a communications link between the customer, Business Development, and Operations. Advise crews on location to ensure that each project conforms to Halliburton's standards for both quality and safety
· Apply engineering, mechanical, and geological principles to explain complex data interpretations to clients using proprietary software, as well as guiding them through the expected outcomes of various drilling scenarios independently
· Integrate an understanding of operational procedures and act as a liaison to collaborate with other service lines, providing guidance to customers in Open Hole Wireline field operations
· Runs standard and specialty logging products and services as needed without direct supervision
· Prepares and qualifies Wireline and Perforating Equipment before and after each job
· Prepares all required job reports, including equipment performance and utilisation reports and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
· Works closely with the FSM, FSC and FSQC to maintain district's technical readiness and quality
· Promotes HMS protocol and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, practices and guidelines.
Role Requirements
· Have a minimum 3.5 years in Open Hole Wireline Field Operations
· Able to work a physically active, hands-on role
· Complete undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline
· Foundational mechanical skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure, rotating equipment, pulley systems and bearings
· Problem solving conveyed through troubleshooting issues using foundational skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, pressure, rotating equipment, pulley system and bearing and aptitude to apply foundational skills in hands-on experience.

Pay: $134,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
