Our family owned centre is located in Randwick and is purpose built and offering quality care 5 days a week for 55 children. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about starting a career in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The position would involve working at our centre full time and studying for your certificate III in Children's Services over the course of a year. As this is a traineeship, you will have access to some study hours within your roster. Your role would be to work with children between the ages of infants to 6 years old- supporting their learning and development.
You will learn about and experience all facets of working with young children in a long day care setting, and will gain great knowledge and insight from being part of our team. As one of our Educators, you would need to work effectively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre and contribute to high-quality practices for children, staff, and families. All applicants must be 18 years or over and have applied for the Working with Children Check. Please only apply if you are an Australian resident/citizen.
Ideal candidates will be eager to learn and have a hands-on enthusiastic approach. You must also be an independent learner and be able to manage your studies.
Please note that this position is for a non-trained applicant ready to study/work in a traineeship capacity. No other previous experience is necessary. Your availability needs to be full time (5 days per week) Monday-Friday.
