We are now looking for a Bakery manager to join our wonderful team.
The role:
You’ll be the go-to person running the day-to-day of our bakery, front of house primarily & some oversight of back of house- making sure the team runs smoothly, customers are happy, and the shop is spotless and well-organised. You’ll work closely with the owners and have real input into how we grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations day to day (NOT BAKING, this is not a trade qualified role)
- Creating and managing staff rosters
- Managing ordering and stock levels
- Handling day-to-day admin.
- Leading, training, and motivating a small team
- Making coffee, you’ll need solid barista skills and be happy on the machine
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Being a hands-on presence on the floor, not just behind a desk
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, ideally with team leadership experience
- Experience doing rosters and managing staff
- Confident, experienced barista
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Energetic, positive, hands-on attitude
- Someone who genuinely wants to be part of a small family business and help it grow , not just clock in and out
- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking ownership
