Seeking a Teaching and Curriculum Officer to join Sydney School of Education and Social Work
HEO5, Base Salary $93,345 - $104,515 + 17% superannuation

The Sydney School of Education and Social Work part of FASS, is seeking a Teaching and Curriculum Officer to join the team. In this role, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to help deliver teaching and curriculum activities across the School.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Provide administrative support for teaching and learning activities, including results processing, prize and scholarship administration, room bookings, and enquiry management using University, Faculty, and School systems
assist in the coordination and maintenance of curriculum information across University online platforms, School webpages, intranet sites, and publications
support School and Discipline Coordinators, as well as relevant School committees, by preparing agendas, taking minutes, maintaining accurate records, and following up on action items
liaise with central professional services units (PSUs) and other stakeholders to build effective working relationships and support the timely resolution of cases, issues, and operational matters.
About you
Demonstrated experience in the higher education sector, with a sound understanding of student administration processes and academic activities.
strong digital literacy, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
proven ability to analyse and resolve problems, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail
excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise initiative, build effective working relationships, and apply sound judgement in a professional environment.
