Housekeeping Job - Sanctuary Resort
Our housekeeping team plays a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort for our guests. As a team member, you will be responsible for performing key daily housekeeping tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning of vacated rooms, including but not limited to:
- Changing and making beds to a 4.5-star standard with triple sheeting and hospital corners
- Replacing towels and bathroom linens
- Vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning bathrooms
- Removing waste and replenishing the kitchenette, including mini fridge refreshments
- Performing necessary spray cleans
- Mid-stay servicing, including spot cleaning, refreshing bedding and bathroom linens, and waste removal
- Periodic deep cleaning of furniture, curtains, walls, and other areas as required
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as reception, hallways, and guest facilities
- Washing and folding linen as needed
- Reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues to management for prompt resolution
