What you'll be doing
- Leading and supporting a passionate team to deliver safe, person-centred support that improves the lives of the people we support.
- Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, motivated, and confident to provide high-quality care and support.
- Coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure services run smoothly while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, responsive support.
- Coaching and developing team members, helping them build confidence, strengthen their skills, and achieve positive outcomes.

- You enjoy leading from the front and know how to inspire and support those around you.
- You have experience within the disability or child, youth and family, community, health, or human services sector.
- You're calm, organised, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something different.
- You build genuine relationships through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- You're passionate about creating positive outcomes for the people you support while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and accountability.
