Junior Operations Assistant – Automotive Parts
Location: Lonsdale, SA
Ford Transit Parts is a growing South Australian automotive parts business, and we're looking for a motivated Junior Operations Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a growing business. While warehouse duties are part of the role, you'll also gain experience in inventory management, customer service, e-commerce, product listings and automotive parts.
No automotive experience is required, we're looking for attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
Your day may include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving and organising stock
- Stock entry and inventory management
- Creating product listings for our website and eBay
- Answering customer phone enquiries
- General warehouse organisation
- Learning basic automotive parts identification and compatibility (training provided)
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and turns up on time
- Learns new computer systems quickly
- Is organised and enjoys keeping things tidy
- Has good communication skills
- Is happy working both on a computer and in the warehouse
- Takes pride in doing things properly
