Practice Manager – My Gentle Dentist (Arana Hills)
My Gentle Dentist is seeking an experienced and organised Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Arana Hills.
In this hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations, support and coach front-desk and clinical teams, manage rosters and appointment flow, and handle billing, reporting, stock control and general administration. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a calm, efficient and professional environment for both patients and staff.
We’re looking for someone with experience in dental, medical or allied health practice management, or strong senior front-desk/coordination experience ready to step up. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, confident communicator, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Strong systems, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
