We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Gold Coast Wake Park as a Cable Operator & Dock Hand. This casual role will see you working in a fun and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same!
As a Cable Operator & Dock Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cable system and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our dock area. Your responsibilities will include operating the cable system to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, assisting with equipment and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate the cable system in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist guests with equipment rental and setup
- Ensure the dock area is clean and organised at all times
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Requirements:
Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays are required. We have a blackout period during Summer Holidays (December & January) where under no circumstances will leave or unavailability requests will be considered.
