My Optometrist, an independent practice in Underwood, is looking for a new permanent part-time optical dispenser! Our lovely team has three experienced optometrists and two full time dispensers who will teach you everything needed to succeed in this role. We pride ourselves on maintaining integrity, offering first-rate eyecare and customer service, exceeding patient expectations. About the Role
- Reception work including booking appointments, answering phone calls and processing payments
- Dispensing and ordering suitable frames, spectacle and contact lenses for patients
- Spectacle repairs and troubleshooting
- Previous optical dispensing experience is ideal, but not required, as training will be provided

- Be motivated, friendly and present professionally
- High levels of customer service, retail sale and interpersonal communication skills

- Availability to work on Thursday evenings and Saturdays through the year
- Availability to work increased hours through our busy retail period from October to early January
