About the Role
As an Aged Care Worker, you'll provide compassionate support that helps our clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Helping with daily routines and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light domestic duties
- Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
- Working alongside our dedicated and supportive care team
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and brings:
- A caring, patient, and dependable nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing client needs
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or current nursing/allied health studies
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full working rights within Australia
