Anan Care Services is a growing NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality support services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations and ensure compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage participant onboarding and service commencement documentation
- Coordinate staff recruitment onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain participant and staff records in accordance with NDIS requirements
- Monitor compliance documents, certifications, and expiry dates
- Manage insurance records and policy renewals
- Conduct compliance checks and maintain audit-ready files
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
- Liaise with participants, families, support workers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure all onboarding and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, compliance, healthcare, community services, or NDIS preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
