We are currently seeking a highly skilled Network Test Architect to join a large-scale Networks Transformation & Remediation Program. This program spans multiple global initiatives, including Prisma (Web Filtering), Virtual WAN (VWAN), and Cisco ISE.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining technical expertise with test strategy leadership, responsible for ensuring robust, secure, and seamless infrastructure deployments across a complex enterprise environment.
- Define and lead the end-to-end test strategy across network and security programs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering pilot, rollout, and production phases.
- Validate network performance, connectivity, and user experience (latency, routing, failover).
- Test security policies and controls including:
- URL filtering, SSL decryption, file blocking
- Validate identity and access workflows (SSO, Okta, conditional access).
- Conduct scenario-based testing across real-world user journeys (retail, corporate, IT users).
- Perform multi-environment testing across:
- Branch, office, and remote locations
- Windows and Mac platforms
- Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution for complex infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and challenge vendors on technical solutions.
- Drive test governance, reporting, and lifecycle management.
You are a technical expert with strong testing leadership experience, capable of bridging network engineering and QA strategy.
- Deep understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs
- Firewalls, SASE, Prisma Access, SD-WAN
- Identity & access (Okta, SSO, conditional access)
- Proven experience defining and owning test strategies for infrastructure programs.
- Strong experience in end-to-end and scenario-based testing.
- Ability to test across complex, distributed enterprise environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management experience.
- Exposure to test automation in infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Jira or similar test management tools.
- Background in large-scale network transformation programs.
