About the role:
Lady Davidson Private Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Day Program Coordinator to lead our highly regarded multidisciplinary Day Program, NDIS and Outpatient Services.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership, service development and business growth while making a genuine difference in the lives of people recovering from neurological, orthopaedic and reconditioning conditions.
Working closely with the Director of Allied Health and Allied Health Leadership Team, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership, coordinating the day-to-day management of an established rehabilitation service while driving innovation, quality improvement and the expansion of Day Program services.
Collaborating with medical specialists, nursing and allied health teams, as well as external stakeholders, you will ensure exceptional patient outcomes while identifying opportunities to enhance and grow our services.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
-
Coordinate daily operations of the Day Program and outpatient services
-
Lead and support a multidisciplinary allied health Day Program/Outpatient/NDIS teams
-
Deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical care
-
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
-
Monitor clinical outcomes and program performance
-
Develop innovative rehabilitation programs and community services
-
Build referral pathways with GPs, specialists, hospitals and community providers
-
Drive marketing and service promotion activities
-
Assist with rostering, workload management and resource allocation
-
Mentor junior clinicians
-
Support accreditation and quality activities in line with NSQHS Standards, Private Hospital Rehabilitation Guidelines and NDIS and Aged Care
About You
You are an experienced Allied Health professional who enjoys combining clinical excellence with leadership and service innovation.

Essential Criteria:

Recognised qualification in an Allied Health profession
-
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (where applicable)
-
Demonstrated clinical experience in rehabilitation

Demonstrated Service development
-
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
-
High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and quality improvement
Highly desirable:
-
Leadership or supervisory experience
-
Experience in Day Rehabilitation or Outpatient Services
-
Knowledge of NDIS and Home Care Packages
-
Experience in service development or program growth
-
Private hospital experience
