The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to join our Purchasing team in Villawood! If you’re looking to kickstart a career in procurement and want to help keep LUSH production running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4.06 pm from our Villawood Office.

Keeping Production Flowing: Ensuring our production teams have the right ingredients and packaging, right on time.
- Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Managing orders, talking to suppliers, working with logistics to keep things moving, and keeping our warehouse and production teams in the loop.
- Operational Support: Helping us maintain accurate data and solving day-to-day production problems.
- Championing LUSH Values: Acting as a brand ambassador by upholding our ethical and sustainability standards.

Has 2 or more years of experience in purchasing, logistics or administrative roles
- Has experience with MRP systems
- Has experience working in a manufacturing environment (ideal)
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Practices active and compassionate listening
- Is proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar applications.
- Has high attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Is open to a diverse workplace and has a passion for teamwork

Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the fizzing bath bomb, shower jellies and solid shampoo bars, we place emphasis on fresh ingredients like organic fruits and vegetables, fight against animal testing and combat over-packaging by developing products that can be sold ‘naked’ to the customer without any packaging.
We currently operate in 52 countries with 928 global shops. Through our separate business divisions we invent, manufacture and sell our handmade products direct to our customers through our own shops and online. The fact that we make all our products by hand is something we are really rather proud of!
