This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance — including financial outcomes, safety leadership, customer relationships, engineering quality and team development.

About the Role – What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Developing and executing branch sales and operational strategies in line with regional targets .
- Driving revenue growth across engineering repairs, field service and reliability solutions.
- Leading workshop and field service teams to deliver safe, high-quality and on-time repair outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with key North Queensland industrial customers.
- Partnering with Safety & Wellbeing to ensure safe behaviours and timely reporting of incidents and hazards .
This is a visible leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, operational discipline and people leadership capability.
Skills & Experience we are looking for:
- Proven experience managing an engineering workshop, service centre or industrial branch.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility.
- Safety-oriented leader with a commitment to WHS compliance.
- Formal qualifications in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent experience) .
- Strong sales, analytical and financial management skills.
- Exceptional customer service capability.
- A people-first leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Current and Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
Experience in driveshafts, pumps or hydraulic cylinders will be highly regarded.
