About the Role
As a Hotel Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout hotel areas, while ensuring guest and client expectations are consistently met.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous hotel cleaning experience or experience in a similar hospitality cleaning environment.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.
- The ability to work efficiently and manage tasks within required timeframes.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to cater to customer requests professionally.
- The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly to changing situations and solve problems independently.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform the physical requirements of hotel cleaning.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- An honest, reliable and dedicated approach to work.
- A professional attitude and pride in delivering outstanding results.
