From our much-loved mud kitchen and interactive water play areas to our exciting climbing equipment-including a tyre tree and large rope web in the senior playground-every space is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, build confidence, and support children's learning through meaningful play.

In this role, you will:
Guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs
Promote best practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Building strong, supportive relationships with families
Foster a culture of curiosity, reflection, and professional growth by supporting educators to build their knowledge and practice.
- Collaborate with the Campus Director and leadership team to strengthen curriculum planning, pedagogy, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For-Requirements of the Role
- Qualified Diploma or ACECQA equivalent Qualification
- Geccko National Child Safety Certificate
- Previous experience in an Education Leader, Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar leadership role.
- Experience mentoring and coaching educators to build capability and confidence
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework ,National Quality Standard (NQS) and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
- Valid employee Working with Children Check/Blue Card number
