Miracle Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Engagement Officer to lead client growth initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and support older Australians in navigating aged care services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in aged care, healthcare, community services, client engagement, intake, or business development who enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
About the Role
As our Aged Care Growth & Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in growing our Support at Home services by engaging with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organisations.
You will help identify opportunities for service growth, support existing CHSP clients transitioning to Support at Home, and develop strong referral networks that contribute to sustainable business growth and positive client outcomes.
What You'll Be DoingBusiness Growth & Client Development
- Drive growth in our Support at Home services through client acquisition and engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase service utilisation among existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong referral pipelines and community partnerships.
- Support the achievement of growth and client retention targets.
- Promote Miracle Health Services across the local community and aged care sector
Client Engagement & Support
- Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients and their families.
- Respond to enquiries and conduct initial needs discussions.
- Support clients through intake, onboarding, and service commencement processes.
- Educate clients and families on available aged care funding pathways and service options.
- Deliver a positive and professional client experience from first contact through to service delivery.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with:
- My Aged Care representatives
- General Practitioners
- Hospitals and discharge planners
- Allied Health Professionals
- Community and multicultural organisations
- Retirement villages and seniors groups
- Attend networking events, expos, and community information sessions.
- Deliver presentations and community education activities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that support growth and community awareness.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, intake, client engagement, or business development.
- A strong understanding of the Australian aged care system, including CHSP, Home Care Packages, My Aged Care, and Support at Home reforms.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and referral networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while achieving targets and outcomes.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.
Highly Regarded
- Experience in aged care business development or growth-focused roles.
- Existing networks within the aged care or healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of aged care funding pathways and Support at Home reforms.
- Experience using CRM or client management systems.
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Essential Requirements
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Driver Licence.
- Willingness to travel within the local community as required.
- Full Australian working rights.
Pay: $36.00 – $45.00 per hour
