Our Melbourne Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team is hiring and we are seeking a Senior Associate (5-7 PQE) to join our growing practice.

The Role
Due to growth of our Melbourne Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team, we are seeking a dedicated and talented Senior Associate (5-7 years' PQE) to join on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work on the full breadth of employment and industrial relations matters.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Advise on employment contracts, policies, performance management and terminations
- Act in disputes before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and state tribunals
- Assist with enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy and union engagement
- Support WHS investigations, incident response and regulatory matters
- Work closely with senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in the field
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Between 5-7 years’ PQE in a reputable employment law practice. Relevant in-house experience may also be considered
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Curiosity, commerciality and a commitment to client service
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced mentors
- Experience in or a genuine interest in supervising junior practitioners
