About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Disability Support Worker to support a participant with complex needs. The role focuses on:
- Supporting daily living and independence
- Implementing PBS strategies and low-demand approaches
- Community access and skill development
- Maintaining dignity, safety, and professional boundaries
- Accurate and timely documentation
