As the Nurse Manager - Child and Family Health, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Child and Family Health services within Healthy Kids and Families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families across our diverse and expanding district.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, timely, and coordinated services, with a strong focus on prevention, early intervention, and achieving positive developmental and health outcomes for children.
