We seek enthusiastic Customer Service Operators to join our vibrant Results department based in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential member of the team, working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting healthcare providers and referring practices
- Your responsibilities will include the following:
Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide pathology results to referring healthcare providers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly
- Performing general office duties as required
We offer a supportive learning–focused environment, and full training will be provided.
We are looking for the following:
- Be available to work rostered full-time or part-time hours Monday to Sunday
- Be available for evening and weekend shifts, including regular weekday evening shifts up to 22:00, with the option to cover weekday midnight shifts for relief when required
- Be hard-working, motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player
- Have strong attention to detail with good time management skills
