Experience designing and delivering engaging programs, initiatives or experiences that support strategic goals and encourage participation.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Experience managing stakeholder or customer relationships through CRM systems and using data to improve engagement outcomes.
