In this role you will:
-
Interpret, quote and sell parts to workshop customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.

Attend to the workshop counter, providing technicians with the parts they request

Attend to the retail counter and sell parts and accessories to retail customers
-
Support the trade business with phone enquiry
-
Use best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.

Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted.

Conduct stocktakes of parts and report outcomes to management
To be considered for the role, you will have:

Appropriate trade qualifications
-
Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person and in writing
-
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customers

Strong IT skills and attention to detail
-
The ability to work as part of a team
-
A current Driver’s License
