Toowoomba Coffee House is looking for an energetic and proactive casual or part-time café all-rounder to join our team.

We need someone who doesn’t just wait for instructions but takes ownership of the shop’s cleanliness and overall customer experience.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Customer Service: Greeting customers with a bright smile, taking orders efficiently, and managing the till.
- Beverage & Food Prep: Preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and simple food items.
- Proactive Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining a spotless environment, including:
- Scrubbing all sinks (dishwashing and handwashing) daily with an iron brush.
- Cleaning blenders (inside with a sponge), cabinets, beverage fridges, and menu books.
- Wiping the main door glass with hand towels to ensure no water streaks.
- Managing the dining area by checking sofa cushions, wiping sofas, and tidying chairs after customers leave.
- Daily restroom maintenance, including floor mopping and thorough toilet cleaning.
- Stock Management: Monitoring and replenishing stock and supplies during quiet periods.

- Extremely reliable and punctual: Someone who takes attendance very seriously and works without being late or missing shifts. This is very important to us.
- Self-motivated: Naturally finds things to do (like deep cleaning or organizing) during quiet times.
- Detail-oriented: Committed to high hygiene standards and workplace safety.
- A strong multi-tasker: Able to stay calm and move quickly during busy rushes.

Pay: $24.95 – $47.92 per hour
